Super accueil, emplacement ideal
Merci à toute l’équipe du Suffren pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. L’hôtel est parfait, idéalement situé et le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux ! Merci encore à Céline, Laurent, Alexandra et toute l’équipe !
We had a great memorable stay in one of the hotel suites. The view is captivating right on the port Grimaud. Comfortable bed & a great air conditioner. The staff were outstanding especially Ms. Cherel, ( pardon my pronounciation ) whom helped make our stay lovely, not to forget her great recommendations. Thanks for your hospitality !
The location is amazing, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cafes and shops nearby.

Port Grimaud is such a special location that it calls for some special approach in the hospitality sector. We spent in this hotel a couple of nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast is so fresh and authentically French, the location is central and the rooms are clean, well decorated and with comfortable bedding. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, I find that the pricing is a bit high even for a peak season.
Die Lage ist einzigartig, mitten im Mini-Venedig. Am besten war es, nach dem Frühstück noch mit einer Tasse Kaffee draußen zu sitzen und auf die Kanäle zu schauen. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und mit Herz gemacht. Trotz der vielen Touristen ist das Hotel ein toller Ausgangspunkt.

Great Hotel!! the service is exceptional and Celine at the front desk goes above and beyond to help you., Parking can be a little bit of a challenge as you have to walk quite a but overall I think they do a really nice job.
I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff, especially Celine and the other gentleman both were exceptional. My only concern with the hotel is that you should know parking is about a half a mile away and in the heat or poor weather can be a challenge. I think it’s a great boutique property in close proximity to shopping and restaurants.

This is a really cute hotel. they do as much as they possibly can to help you. Celine and the front desk staff are great. My only concern was the parking is about a half a mile from where the main building is and it requires you to walk or take the golf cart. This can be highly inconvenient if you want to leave quickly. I also recommend staying on the first floor versus the second floor as it’s much brighter.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, les chambres sont confortables et très propres, mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour inoubliable, c’est le personnel. Je n’ai jamais rencontré une équipe aussi gentille, souriante et disponible. Chacun a été aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme. On se sent réellement accueilli et considéré, ce qui est devenu assez rare. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bonne humeur. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

On nous a accueilli chaleureusement. La location de l’hôtel est située au cœur de Port Grimaud. Le service ainsi que le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire ! La chambre était spacieuse et équipé avec tous ce qu’il faut. J’aimais beaucoup les produits de l’OCCITANE EN PROVENCE dans la salle de bains. Merci encore une fois!
Hotel Le Suffren is a really rare find - an oasis of calm in the tumult of Cote d'Azure. We stayed in a suite opening up on the water, with boats, yachts, and canals - a great view to start your day with. The room is surprisingly spacious and very well appointed. We travel with a lot of luggage, and we never felt the lack of space.The closet is also roomy, and the bathroom is large, with the shower that - thankfully! - closes off with glass slides. The bed was very comfortable, and literally everything in the room was how we wanted it.Everything was well thought through, as in a private house, and Le Suffren, indeed, felt like a home away from home. This was thanks to the amazing staff, of course. Our deep gratitude goes to Celine, Cherine, Laurent, and everyone else on the team for going out of the way to help us in matters big and small, for being so friendly, and so professional and efficient! We were able to go to all the restaurants and beach clubs thanks to the reservations secured for us in advance by the team at the hotel. Breakfast there is well balanced, and we recommend everyone not to miss their French toasts! The beach is an easy walk, and the sand and the water are great. There are myriad little shops with interesting merchandise, and as many cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc to just stay in Port Grimaud and spend your vacation here. It is also very easy to travel to any place nearby, making Le Suffren a great home base. A huge heartfelt thank you to the whole team at Le Suffren! Can't wait to see you again!!
Great location in the center of everything at Port Grimaud. Friendly staff, very clean. Close to the beach and quiet. Family friendly. Parking is offsite but they have golf cart shuttles for convenience. Sundays, market vendors set up with food, and all sorts of stuff for sale. Definitely would stay here again.
Incredible location, views, and staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The marina view was second to none, especially as the sun sets.

What a beautiful cozy hotel in a heart of Grimaud with beautiful views from the room. Probably the most friendliest staff I've encountered in years of travel. They made sure that every minute of your stay was filled with warmthyand comfort. When I travel next time in that area, will definitely stay there. Highly recommend.
Wonderful hotel with an amazingly warm and welcoming service. We stayed we a junior suite and it was spacious. Hotel uses L’Occitan products, which also a nice luxury.
La situation géographique est idéal, avec un supplément nous avons pu bénéficier d une place de parking devant l’hôtel, vraiment agréable! Tout se fait à pied, navette pour Saint-Tropez, restaurants et bar autour (mention spéciale pour le restaurant « La Marée » recommandé et réservé par la dame de la réception qui nous accueillit avec une grande gentillesse!) tout le personnel de l’hôtel est aux petits soins, c’était un séjour vraiment très agréable!
