Nous avons passé un très heureux séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très amical et attentif, avec une vraie attention aux détails. La vue depuis la chambre était mémorable. Merci encore pour le merveilleux week‑end que nous avons passé à l’hôtel.
Emplacement Amabilité du personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Port Grimaud, una località incantevole e suggestiva, con i suoi splendidi canali, le casette colorate e le barche che rendono ogni angolo una piccola cartolina. Un luogo che ci ha conquistate per la sua atmosfera tranquilla, elegante e affascinante. Anche l’hotel ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Abbiamo trovato ambienti puliti, camere ben organizzate ma, soprattutto, tanta gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del personale della reception. Un ringraziamento particolare a Cherine e Celine che sono state davvero cordiali e premurose: ci hanno fornito tante informazioni utili e preziosi consigli, aiutandoci a scoprire e vivere al meglio la zona. Nonostante l’hotel sia posizionato in laguna, è da apprezzare la comodità del parcheggio riservato, situato a pochi metri. Una soluzione pratica e sicura, che rende l’arrivo e la partenza molto più semplici e permette di avere l’auto sempre a portata di mano durante il soggiorno. La posizione è inoltre ideale per esplorare i dintorni. Saint-Tropez è facilmente raggiungibile con il battello, un modo piacevole e suggestivo per arrivarci senza dover muovere l’auto, mentre le splendide spiagge della Costa Azzurra permettono di trascorrere giornate meravigliose tra mare cristallino e paesaggi incantevoli. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata anche la vicina Grimaud, un piccolo borgo dal fascino autentico, con le sue stradine, le case in pietra e l’atmosfera provenzale. Una località che merita assolutamente una visita e che ci ha conquistate con la sua bellezza e tranquillità. È stata un’esperienza che porteremo con noi con grande piacere. Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate e torneremmo sicuramente. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chi desidera trascorrere qualche giorno in una splendida cornice, tra relax, mare, bellezza, escursioni e un’accoglienza davvero speciale.
Flott å kunne kjøre inn og sette fra oss bagasjen. Vennlig og serviceinnstilt resepsjon. Frokosten var ok og de hentet oss med mini el bil og kjørte oss tilbake til p plassen etter utsjekk. Anbefales hvis du vil bo ved Port Grimaud.
Tolle Lage, erstklassiges, freundliches Personal. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sehr wohl!

Perfect stay for a few days before we got into the house. Staff were extremely helpful. Hotel was excellent and situated in the ideal location.

Excellent séjour en famille à l’hôtel Le Suffren. Cécile et son équipe ont veillé à ce que notre séjour se déroule au mieux, merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre sens du service exemplaire. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, vue sur les canaux, à quelques mètres des coches d’eau et du départ de la navette.
Locatie was erg goed. Een leuke markt voor het hotel op bepaalde dagen. Leuke winkeltjes om het hotel heen. En tegenover de boot instap richting Saint Tropez.
Tolles Hotel mitten in Port Grimaud! Wir hatten ein Ground Floor Zimmer und schätzten den Ausgang direkt zur Gasse, an Privatsphäre hat es trotzdem nicht gemangelt. Die Fähre nach St Tropez, der Strand und der Parkplatz sind in umittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

La situation géographique est idéal, avec un supplément nous avons pu bénéficier d une place de parking devant l’hôtel, vraiment agréable! Tout se fait à pied, navette pour Saint-Tropez, restaurants et bar autour (mention spéciale pour le restaurant « La Marée » recommandé et réservé par la dame de la réception qui nous accueillit avec une grande gentillesse!) tout le personnel de l’hôtel est aux petits soins, c’était un séjour vraiment très agréable!

We had a great memorable stay in one of the hotel suites. The view is captivating right on the port Grimaud. Comfortable bed & a great air conditioner. The staff were outstanding especially Ms. Cherel, ( pardon my pronounciation ) whom helped make our stay lovely, not to forget her great recommendations. Thanks for your hospitality !

Port Grimaud is such a special location that it calls for some special approach in the hospitality sector. We spent in this hotel a couple of nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast is so fresh and authentically French, the location is central and the rooms are clean, well decorated and with comfortable bedding. Although we enjoyed our stay very much, I find that the pricing is a bit high even for a peak season.
Die Lage ist einzigartig, mitten im Mini-Venedig. Am besten war es, nach dem Frühstück noch mit einer Tasse Kaffee draußen zu sitzen und auf die Kanäle zu schauen. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und mit Herz gemacht. Trotz der vielen Touristen ist das Hotel ein toller Ausgangspunkt.

Great Hotel!! the service is exceptional and Celine at the front desk goes above and beyond to help you., Parking can be a little bit of a challenge as you have to walk quite a but overall I think they do a really nice job.
I would like to acknowledge the front desk staff, especially Celine and the other gentleman both were exceptional. My only concern with the hotel is that you should know parking is about a half a mile away and in the heat or poor weather can be a challenge. I think it’s a great boutique property in close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
Un séjour tout simplement enchanteur. J'ai réservé une chambre à l'hôtel Le Suffren ce week-end à l'occasion d'un événement dédié à l'anniversaire de Michael Jackson, et je suis enchantée par cette expérience. Un grand merci au monsieur de la réception pour son accueil d'une courtoisie et d'une bienveillance rares. D'une politesse et d'une attention remarquables, il a pris le soin de me chercher des informations sur les plages environnantes et a eu la délicatesse de me dépanner d'un paracétamol alors que j'avais mal à la tête. Un service d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. L'établissement est magnifique et d'une propreté irréprochable. Ma chambre, située au bord du canal avec vue sur les bateaux, offrait un cadre absolument charmant. Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, et j'ai tout particulièrement apprécié qu'il soit servi jusqu'à 11 heures, une attention fort agréable après une soirée d'événement. Enfin, je tiens à souligner l'accueil chaleureux réservé à mon chien Rhys. Trouver deux gamelles disposées pour son eau et sa nourriture a été une touche d'une grande tendresse que j'ai énormément appréciée. Ce fut une très belle découverte de Port Grimaud, et c'est avec un immense plaisir que je reviendrai.
