The wonderful staff and the perfect location. Breakfast was not good. Coffee in the room didn’t work.

This hotel is well located and it’s one of the very few options if you want to stay in this particular area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, although the interior felt a bit dated. The hotel does offer a parking solution, but it comes at an additional cost. Breakfast was quite basic, and to our surprise, scrambled eggs were available only for an extra charge – on top of the breakfast fee already payed. That was a first for us. Still, overall, we recommend this hotel for its location and service.

Un accueil chaleureux qui fait du bien ! Une prise en charge immédiate et un accompagnement très appréciable tant au niveau services qu'au niveau des conseils pour les choses à faire aux alentours et les bons restaurants... La salle de bains est un peu petite, mais hormis ce point le calme est au rendez vous. Bonne literie et super petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts... Merci pour tout, au plaisir de revenir chez vous !
The breakfast could be better a little: - coffee is okay, but not very good - more fresh fruits is welcome - also had some better croissant from france...

Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a great view. The real star of the show is the service provided by Chérine. She made our stay outstanding with recommendations for the best restaurant. Brought a lovely birthday gift for my daughter when I mentioned it was her birthday- brought a fan for the upstairs loft at a moment’s notice. She was so, so lovely. Hotel is very convenient for the ferry over to St Tropéz (Chérine provided the schedule and easy instructions). Le Suffren is a great hotel made perfect by the service we experienced. Amenities in the room were new and perfect for an easy stay- great a/c as well!

Tive uma experiência incrível desde a chegada. O hotel está localizado dentro de Port Grimaud com uma vista incrível para o canal. O atendimento do Laurent foi impecável e extremamente gentil. A suíte que fiquei tinha uma vista linda do canal e era muito confortável e limpa, o café da manhã era bastante completo e delicioso, sem dizer que o atendimento de todos foi excelente. Super recomendo.

Port Grimaud is beautiful place, the town is known as “Venice of Provence”. Hôtel Suffren is in the heart of town, the building is old but it has its charm. We stayed at Studio with balcony with stunning views. Studio has small equipped kitchen and a coffee machine. Comfortable bed. We didn’t try their breakfast, so no comments here. No issues with parking, everything is as described by the hotel. Would stay here again.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Le Suffren ! L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, en plein cœur de Port Grimaud, avec une vue magnifique sur les canaux. Le personnel est accueillant, chaleureux et très professionnel. La chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée, avec une literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner bien copieux avec du choix, est un vrai moment de plaisir. Un vrai havre de paix, idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Cool location at the heart of Port Grimaud. Wonderful staff and cosy rooms. The tranquille atmosphere in the morning when opening the doors to the balcony overlooking one of the canals, perfect peace.

Tout était parfait . Le personnel était très sympathique et prêt à nous aider lors du séjour. Les chambres sont propres et calmes. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. La situation de l'hôtel est centrale avec des navettes bateaux juste en face pour se promener dans Port Grimaud ou Golfe de Saint Tropez. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
